- What is the processing time?
We love that you're excited to receive your new products as we are super excited to get them to you and grateful that you chose to support us. Processing your order can take approximately 1-4 business days contingent upon your confirmation date.
Once your order has been shipped, the arrival times are usually accurate; however, due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19, you may experience some delays.
- What is a Pre-Order/Pre-Sale?
A pre-order is when a customer purchases a product in advance before it is made. The product is expected to be shipped out on the date listed on the product page.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

- Please note: The expected date is an estimate, so it is recommended that you allow an additional week of leeway if purchasing for an event.
- If you are purchasing additional products, they will be shipped with your pre-order product. If you need the additional products sooner, please order separately.
- Am I able to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your package is in the possession of the post office, we are no longer responsible for your item(s). If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS here or call the Customer Care Center at 1-800-275-8777.
- What do I do if my order arrives broken?
The PNPC staff performs routine quality checks of each item before the packaging and shipping process. In the event your package arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@prettynpoisedco.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide us with your name, order number and photos and/or videos of the damages, so that we can assess the situation immediately.
- How do I change the shipping address on my order?
Please email us for any shipping address changes. Please note that if your package has already been fulfilled or delivered to the post office, we will no longer be able to make any changes.
- What material are the pieces made of?
All of our pieces are made of either 925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel or Brass. Our Gold pieces are either Gold filled, Vermeil or 18k Gold plated. All pieces are Nickel and Lead free.
- Will the jewelry turn my skin green?
Pretty N Poised Collections takes immense pride in the quality of the pieces we offer. The majority of the pieces are either Stainless Steel, .925 Sterling Silver, Gold filled or Gold plated. However, since these products are not solid gold, they still have the potential to tarnish over time. This is a rare occurrence but not impossible. We cannot disclose an exact time frame of when this can happen due to factors that can affect it such as body chemistry, chemicals used personally (perfume, lotions), and the environment exposure (humidity).
- How do I properly care for my jewelry?
To prolong the longevity of your products:
- Do not sleep in your jewelry.
- Store them in the original packaging you received them in /in cool and
dry area.
- Keep jewelry away from liquids such as water and perfume.
- Clean them with the provided microfiber jewelry cleaning cloths.
- When getting ready, put your jewelry on last to avoid spraying perfume
on it.
